I wanted to use Cloud Run because it seemed it could be simple to deploy and manage, but I think this will solve that problem for me. Thanks @Chastity Blackwell and @Bruno Schaatsbergen!

Heya, we went above and beyond trying to run Atlantis on Cloud Run but it doesn't properly work with gcsfuse - one option that we still are exploring is rclone (which gcsfuse as well)
