Atlantis

Still on 1.3.x and had to pin most things to `~&gt;1.3.2` so atlantis didn't start planning with 1.4/1.5 but I think it was more terraform issues than atlantis.

Ya, we moved everything to 1.5.2, and without atlantis in the mix it all works fine.

with atlantis in the mix, .. its just pretty much random non stop failures

Is atlantis running a different OS/arch than local or however you are doing it "without atlantis in the mix?"

its running kubernets, on the debian image like it always has

vs me running TF directly on a laptop running debian

It isn't exactly the same as other things I've seen but often times this is related to the .terraform.lock.hcl files being b0rked but I am probably leading you down the wrong path.

I have random fails as well...
Atlantis is very CPU hungry. My plans fail with
```Error: Required plugins are not installed```
