is plan completing successfully? workflow steps halt on non-zero exit code, and further steps will not be run.

also, is the `normal` workflow specified for the projects in question?

the plan is successful yes, but I'm not seeing the "FOO" bit at the bottom of the plan

ah I see in the logs now that no projects were defined so I guess it's not finding it but I don't understand since that is the directory

the issue is `./` at the beginning of directory

ah, right, it needs to be a relpath in the repo
