How does one clean memory?

like is there any way atlantis cleans memory in ecs instances or what is the atlantis plan to clean memory ?

When a pr is open or has an atlantis plan comment, it will checkout the repo in a pr numbered directory on the instance, then run plan and save it to a file in the same directory as the dir, then the

atlantis apply

will apply the plan file, and finally delete the entire checked out repo on the disk and thus removing the plan files
