We have a setup where

atlantis

apply

is disabled. While previously when attempting to run

apply

we got something like

Error: apply is disabled

, no we get

Error: unknown command "apply".
Run 'atlantis --help' for usage.
Available commands(--allow-commands): version, plan, unlock, approve_policies

We just upgraded to the latest version. Does this make sense?
