Hi Kimberly, unfortunately we've still been receiving forms/slacks and have been updating/changing the schedule daily accordingly. I've gone ahead and locked the forms since they were due on Wednesday Sept. 30th and am moving forward with what we have to date so that I can finish up the schedule creation. Our start and end times have to shift based on how many dancers are participating as we certainly don't want dancers to have to start early or end late unless we absolutely have to. But when that number fluctuates it essentially causes us to restart the schedule creation process If anyone has not yet submitted their form that was tagged above please note there are a few "open spaces" that I always leave for families to be able to make time change requests as needed. You are welcomed to request one of those remaining slots after all dancers who have signed up have taken any scheduled changes they'd like to make. A tentative version will be released tonight but are still awaiting for photographer to confirm this newly/updated time layout works for them so unfortunately until they give the go ahead we can't confirm that times are locked in as is and what we send is still subject to change.
