The website was glitching this weekend. Was it doing it for anyone else. Used my phone, and was able to view the website to submit the form.

Spoke about this in person but I've been working on a fix for this, and it should be ready tomorrow evening. Apologies for the inconvenience. Until then if you could open the site in incognito or a different device or browser than normal, that will avoid the issue if you happen to run into it
