Hi everyone <!channel> Apologies for the late night message! I just wanted to push through several updates for you all: • Send Off Party details are now posted on the nationals site!! Thanks so much for your patience as I've been putting together a slightly different event than usual to celebrate our fifth year 💜 ◦ Incase buttons don't show up for you: Here is the link to submit your parental attendance form due 6/14 and here is the link to view your dancer's chaperone group. The buttons show up for me but I know other viewers were experiencing issues on this site previously so I'll include them here just incase ◦ Friendly reminder that ASI staff and teachers are NOT permitted to transport/drive students due to liability and insurance constraints. Vehicle emoji ▪︎ Please note that I did spend quite some time creating a fabulous parent volunteer carpool system, sign up process, and communication system today just to find out that I am not even permitted to orchestrate/organize a carpool event even if it is solely parents driving 😞 ▪︎ Soooo I will just give a gentle reminder that we do have a carpool and childcare channel in slack available if any parents with extra seats available do want to take it upon themselves to volunteer to carpool dancers for the send off party and use that space to organize/communicate with others who are looking for rides without any input or participation on my end 😅 • We expect to receive final nationals schedule by end of next week! 🦜 ◦ Once we have that schedule, I'll also make a video for newer families to watch on the ins and outs of nationals/how the finals (star showcase) works for anyone wanting further understand of how it all works • Friendly reminder the final day to submit your voting for the end of season superlatives is June 14th at 11:59pm. Link to submit your votes is posted on the nationals site. Medal/trophy emoji I believe that's everything for now!! Have a great weekend and we look forward to seeing everyone for the final week of Season 5 asi logo
