A user has left a bad review saying: "Doesn't get phone numbers". This statement is false. The actor does extract phone numbers. I have tried to report it, but I've just received some kind of automatic email saying that my request has been declined. If he wants to leave 2 stars, he is free to do it, but a false statement is something that shouldn't be allowed.
