Hey everyone — I’ve noticed a lot of us are worried about cost vs revenue lately. The tricky part is that some actors can silently drain profit, and on top of that it’s a pain to manually paginate through the console to check stats for every actor. I’ve had this idea for a while and was using it internally, but today I finally cleaned it up and turned it into a proper project: What it does Pulls account-level analytics from Apify’s API Fetches per-actor details, aggregates everything, and generates a clean report The report includes things like: Paid vs free users gained Runs / success rate / failed runs Revenue, cost, margin Actors that look “healthy” vs “needs attention” (based on changes/spikes) How it works First run: it creates a baseline snapshot (nothing to compare yet) Next runs (manual or scheduled): it compares against the previous snapshot and sends a detailed “what changed” report so you can quickly spot what’s improving or quietly hurting profit. You basically get a daily view of: how many paid/free users ran your actors, what failed, what spiked in cost, what moved in revenue, etc. You can choose to get the report through email or if not provided it will generate the report and provide a link to kv store item. You can run it with schedule to automatically run and provide you the report The code + actor are open source — PRs are welcome. Docs have the setup and details. Regarding the Actor, asking for a user-level API token is a huge red flag. You are known to the community but still you could be hacked and then all those tokens can leak. Try to find a different way to do this. I can take a look what endpoints you are calling.

I use the apify_ui key and there's no way to fetch without it, yet. The actor don't use any external source. However, anyone can directly push the code to their account if they want.
BTW if it had been directly integrated in apify ui, this would be a great experience or maybe any way to generate api keys to view the analytics only instead of full permission

Can you try the run-bound API token
process.env.APIFY_TOKEN
? If that doesn't work, we would have to create official API for this
t
I didn't work. I chcked the api calls they only work with apify_ui keys.
If possible please create official api for it, since now I manually need to extract and update the key

I will let the team know, thanks.
