I think you are getting confused. Scrapers are allowed unless until it is just scraping those few domains. So for example, an X scraper is not allowed but BluSky scraper will be allowed.

I am not building scrapers Jain but this thing confused me a lot.

We have put a lot of non scraping ideas in the ideas page as we believe that will diversify the use cases on Apify Store and have a good SEO potential.

That condition applies only when you are scraping the mentioned ineligible domains.

If you say that only scraping from ineligible domains. I developed my first scraper just for learning and it is rejected because it is doing scraping. It is not included in ineligible domains.

One more thing, I published my another scraper without testing, they scored it 60. How I know because I get analysis data because I am using external API. If they tested, then send me the results of testing.

It looks from a different screenshot you've shared that you have found the Actor quality page, so you can see that your Actor quality is above 65. I'm not sure where your API is getting the number 60 from, but it doesn't seem to be consistent with the screenshot you shared from your Actor quality page.

Sorry, I published 2 actors. One is above 65 but they said maybe it will not be considered for the challenge. My second actor is AI based and it is scored 60 because they said my actor is often failing. I checked my actor before publishing and it was not failing. I do not know, how your testers tested it. No person is shown as a tester. Last time, when I published my old Actor, then one tester was added immediately. This AI based actors shows nothing. Secondly, I am using AI API key. If testor used my API key, then it must show on my analytics. If they are using their own API, then they must have some proof of failures. I participated in lot of hackathons and I know that sometimes testers are volunteers. That's why I discuss these things, if I think something is wrong. I think, they used my own testing data and said it was failing often.
