@Ella is there a bug in the Actor Count part?

Hey @natalie ♡ I don't think there's a bug in the Actor Count. I looked at your Actors and although they have the coin on your My Actors page, none of them have all 4 boxes checked for challenge entry (on the Insights > Actor quality tab). I'm investigating further to find out why the information is contradictory, but please review the criteria for entry in Insights > Actor quality tab and ensure your Actors fulfill all the criteria.

But even the actors have the coin 🤔

Yeah, I agree that this is confusing. It looks like they're pulling their checks from different places, so I'm trying to find out why this is the case and why the Actor has a coin without checking all the boxes. Let's see what happens if you can get all the boxes checked on the Actor quality page, as that will help identify the breakdown in communication between our interfaces.

@Ella I've fulfilled the criteria for I think 3 of them, but I still don't see myself in the Actor Count 😭

I flagged the scoreboard internally, as there are a couple of discrepancies, and our team confirms it is pulling data from the same source as I checked for your entry validation, so we think it's just taking a long time to update for whatever reason. Let's check back tomorrow to confirm this suspicion, and if it's still not showing up then we will investigate further. For now, I hope you can rest easy knowing I can see your entries are confirmed in our query 🫶

Don't worry, your Actor Quality page in Console is the source of truth so if your Actors are good there then they are entered into the Challenge on our end too. There's some weird logic going on with the scorecard that we haven't quite worked out. I'm beginning to think that it was vibe-coded...

@Ella 🤔 I just got an email saying that my actors dont have output schema thats why they dont qualify..?

Weird. They do have output schema, tho... 🤔 Can you please fwd the email to community@apify.com and I will investigate the source

@natalie ♡ All your Actors are fine. I think maybe they got updated after Jan 6th when the data for that email was pulled, but I have just double-checked and can confirm you have 4 Actors entered into the challenge.
