I’m reading the docs but I’m still a bit confused about when to use each one: * https://docs.apify.com/platform/actors/development/actor-definition/output-schema * https://docs.apify.com/platform/actors/development/actor-definition/dataset-schema Can someone explain the practical difference and give an example of how they work together in a real Actor?

Conclution: The output-schema is where you reference and organize dataset-schemas into a menu.

but you can do that with views in the dataset schema

The dataset schema is the old format and the output schema is the new version. The output schema allows you to specify key-value stores and even custom HTML views of what your scraper is doing/did, while the dataset schema views only allows you to filter properties of datasets. The definitions in the output schema are also available through the API, which allows e.g. for better integration with LLMs.
