Yes indeed, they are. If you are 18, you can still pivot. this is an amazing carrere, but I would advice you to do something completely different for a short wile. Getting a bit of distance from the industry, and yourself in the industry might be a good way of getting a third's view perspective. Focus more on your netwokring than your skills. Skills are important, but you should have a perspective on what's actually worth doing. If you learn more, that is obviously amazing, but if possible, do it in person. that way, you get more meaningful human connections, which is the key to get your carrer going.

Also add like rate at which they are adding products, how many products have been added in the last 30 days or 7 days, or something like that? That's the main thing I am measuring myself as well.
