02/16/2026, 8:33 AMI'll proceed with 3.0.16 release today. 4.0.9 and 4.1.3 require a new release candidate due to a regression introduced by a change in those releases. The fix in progress is https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/25246 . After that is merged, I'll start new release candidates for 4.0.9 and 4.1.3.
