@RunLLM from what version pulsar client no longer falling back to support non PIP-344 broker

Starting from Pulsar client version 3.0.13, the client no longer falls back to the old behavior for non-PIP-344 brokers. If you use client 3.0.13+ with a broker that does not support PIP-344, you will get a

FeatureNotSupportedException

and must upgrade your broker to a version that supports PIP-344 for compatibility. Version 3.0.12 and earlier still support fallback behavior for non-PIP-344 brokers.
