Assume I have installed several pulsar clusters on different k8s clusters, and would like to connect them with geo-replication for a certain namespace. Each cluster was set up with the openly available helm charts for Pulsar. What would be the best practice to do the namespace+geo-replication setup? The helm charts do not support enabling geo-replication. Thinking about using Pulsar Admin API, just wondering what is conceptually the best place to do such a setup. Should this be an extension to the helm chart, or a different action that is executed, or should Pulsar's users themselves execute this setup?
Maybe we could create a new app, that would use the Pulsar Admin API, and let it execute the necessary cluster configurations. Start that app (as a k8s job maybe), and wrap that in Helm. We can then have the configurations of the clusters (where they are, how to connect them) in that Helm chart's configurations. This chart can be started when the application is set up (after installing each cluster) or when we want to change the geo-replication setup.

here is an example of pulsar terraform provider with geo-replication. https://github.com/streamnative/terraform-provider-pulsar/issues/81
