So after a day and a half. I finally have 2 standalone clusters connected and a single tenant / namespace / topic replicating between both. 1 pub connecting to server East 1 sub connecting to server West 10 messages going across. Good times. 🥳

Help future users by contributing a fix to the doc. Small PR will do.

The biggest change is that the clusterName from standalone config must match the cluster name being created. This is not documented in the instructions.
