? Can we skip it all together and still run our broker?

I guess the

wheels

stuff is related to setting up the Pulsar client for Python. That is used for Pulsar Functions written in Python. You don't need it for the broker.

got it. so even if we do want to use pulsar functions, if they are written in non-python, even then we don't need it?
