Is there a way I can make my sink connector to use the `Exclusive` subscription when creating the sink

Have you tried passing in the subscription type in `consumerProperties` section of the `ConsumerConfig` <https://pulsar.apache.org/docs/3.1.x/functions-cli/#consumerconfig|setting>?
