You can remove the subscription with

./bin/pulsar-admin topics unsubscribe -s <subscription> --force true <topic>

there is also some options to delete inactive topic automatically in config :

brokerDeleteInactiveTopicsEnabled=true
# How often to check for inactive topics
brokerDeleteInactiveTopicsFrequencySeconds=60
