Is there any special considerations i should take for a pulsar instance with 100 / 200 clusters?

The only thing would be to consider the number of copies of each message that would need to replicate. If you have a 200x fan-out, it would require significant bandwidth in brokers, and probably you would have to partition the topic appropriately
