The delay might be caused by the batching. When batching is enabled, Pulsar groups multiple messages in a single batch to improve throughput. This means the Pulsar producer might wait for a certain amount of time to accumulate enough messages before sending them as a batch.

10/20/2023, 10:30 AMI solved the big latency problem, there was an issue with NTP servers. I updated NTP servers and problem is nearly gone.
