yes, now it is 5 days. But the subscriptions aren't deleted

I mean, have you tried decreasing the subscriptionExpirationTimeMinutes to 1? if there is any subscription added to this toic, the expirationTimeMiniute is reset. If you can confirm there is no new subscription added, you can file a bug to pulsar github repo.

the issue was with namespace level policy:

subscription_expiration_time_minutes

In my case it was set to 0, As per this it gets disabled.
