non-persistent topic is not persistent which means messages are stored in broker memory. there is no retention.

So, for non-persistent topics, is the data deleted after all consumers have consumed it? What happens if my consumers haven’t started or if there are consumers that haven’t consumed the latest data yet? How does Pulsar handle this?
