I am getting following error when I am running standalone cluster of pulsar in my docker desktop: How do I solve this problem?

pulsar           | io.netty.channel.ConnectTimeoutException: connection timed out: /172.18.0.2:38615

On producer side, it blocks the send operation forever and pulsar container keeps throwing above error. I am using Docker desktop on Windows. Also this issue does not happen for the first time when I use the pulsar container. From second time onwards, the issue is seen. Any help would be appreciated.
