Yes, ChatGPT is hallucinating. fsync is enabled by default for Bookkeeper. The setting is

journalSyncData

. It's

journalSyncData=true

chatgpt is just a “better” search engine with “human” preferred outputs. It doesn’t create new thing. If you feed it data before 1900, it only speaks 1900 stuffs. It won’t know anything about pulsar. If chatgpt does not give you satisfied answer, it means two things, data source is not good/bad enough and/or the sample size is too small (not popular enough).
