You can try to trigger the bookkeeper GC manually. https://bookkeeper.apache.org/docs/admin/http#endpoint-apiv1bookiegc And which version you are using? I remember the bookkeeper has introduced the CLI to perform the manually GC

It’s better to check the bookie’s log. Maybe there are some error logs. 8011 is the management API port? I remember default is 8000
