Can you provide specific commands that you are trying.
`How to pass Cluster-2 jwt while adding the cluster in Cluster-1` - how are you trying this?

So this is a working command for us and we are able to replicate (with JWT Token disbled)
`pulsar-admin clusters create --url-secure https://&lt;cluster-2-LB-VIP&gt;:443 --broker-url-secure pulsar+ssl://&lt;cluster-2-LB-VIP&gt;:6651 --tls-trust-certs-filepath /tmp/cluster-2-root-ca.crt --tls-enable cluster-2` 
When I enable JWT authentication on cluster-1 and cluster-2 then the cluster add fails because cluster-2 broker now needs a jwt token to connect and the way we are providing the token is using argument `--auth-params` in the same command mentioned above and the path that I give to auth params argument is token file of cluster-2

So the question is should we use same key on both clusters to generate jwt token so that JWT token is same for both clusters or is there another way to configure this?

Which one do you use jwt or OID for authentication?
