is not the same as the record's timestamp. for example, if you re-create another table with same source, you will see different values. is that ok with you?

@Navina That be new ingestion timestamp in new pinot table. I was looking for way to find out when Pinot ingested particular record from Kafka ..

ah I see. Yeah in that case,

now()

should be sufficient
