Pinot.pdf

I think i have paper, the reason I asked is because i got ppl asking me about that particular paper and i find it particular hard to access it online. I feel it might be better if we can put it on github/apache website for more visibility to any ppl wants to know more about pinot, not limit to ppl in chat here
