Apache Pinot

I’m trying to pinot as a single process. I see the following changes are merged

I am using `0.4.0` release and I don’t see any script `start-service-manager.sh`as mentioned in the PR description.

How can I run all pinot components as a single process? Is this not available in `0.4.0` or am I missing something here?

Can you try to build Pinot from the master’s branch instead of using 0.4.0?

Yes. I just realised that this feature is not part of 0.4.0. Already trying with latest image available in dockerhub
