Can you please check the GC stats on the server? Server might run into very long GCs thus fail the heart beat check

@User: We figured out the issue, due to segemnt parallilism that is 25 per server. is making noise and each file size was around 1.8GB and threshold time was 1 day. We have reduced parallelism to 4 which was making stop the world.
