Hi, in Pinot docs, “e.g. 365 DAYS in the example means that segments containing data older than 365 days will be deleted periodically.” Does Pinot delete the segment containing ALL data or ANY data older than the retentionperiod?

Pinot deletes the entire segment once all the docs in this segment are passed the retention period. Meaning you may see data older than your retention period.
