We did that in YouGov, and for our simple cases Pinot was considerably faster. We also compared against Clickhouse and a few other technologies.

Sure! I'm about to get a cluster running for our usage in production, and as soon as we're using it there I'll write a post in the YouGov engineering blog about this experience, including our evaluation of other technologies. 🙂
