Hi, in our recent observations with OOM query killing, we've found some missing instrumentations/bugs in the implementation specifically with Lucene indexes. I have an issue open with some details, and prospective fixes too, can someone familiar with OOM protection code take a prelim look at the github issue and see if this makes sense - https://github.com/apache/pinot/issues/17877
