if Upsert is not supported for hybrid tables then how can we manage our historical data .is upsert support offline table ?

It is supported for RealTime tables only. What's the reason you need to have hybrid table? You can always bootstrap a RT table with historical data.

we want to store at least last 10 years customer data and we need upsert operation because customer loan status or information can changed any point of time.is it possible on RT table.

As long as there's no overlap between your RT table and offline table you can have upsert on the RT portion of your hybrid table. Can the historical data change too or is only the real-time data changing?

our case ,sometimes historical data change too .for example we are changing status o f a record for user when his query ticket resolved after x days or x month.
