Hi, I saw that kafka is dropping zookeeper support in favor of KRaft in release 4.0. How does this affect the current setup with kafka 3.7?

It doesn't. Here is a demo app that uses kafka 3.7 and pinot 1.1.0 https://github.com/startreedata/pizza-shop-demo/blob/b054ac85925e0033604499caabbe7aed87ed0827/docker-compose.yml#L30
