Hello Community I am new to Apache Pinot and interested in taking up small issues to start with in query engine/processing. I am trying to setup Apache Pinot code base locally, but facing a build issue in “Pinot Service Provider Interface”. Currently on windows 10. Is there any specific Softwares/dependecies that I should be installing other than Java & Maven? Current Java version: Java version: 17.0.9, vendor: Eclipse Adoptium Maven version: Apache Maven 3.9.6

Hi Robert Yes I reviewed the docs, I am executing : mvn install package -DskipTests -Pbin-dist -DdownloadSources -DdownloadJavadocs I checked some of the open issues in git with respect to maven builds and dependency failures. I think for windows the problem is the character set may break the check style . I think you can add a skip checkstyle flag to the mvn build
