I am very new to Pinot and exploring it for IoT time series data analytics. I have few questions about support for Joins in Pinot.
1. My main use case would be to join the time series data with dimensional data and do aggregations and filtering. Is pinot a good choice for that.?
2. Dimension tables would be small. Is there a support for broadcast tables. Or is it better to index or shard both the tables using same key. ?

02/15/2024, 11:13 PM@pradeep Dunna please mind that, although filtering by dimension table columns is supported, it can be slow. This is due to your fact table not having indexes on dim table columns.

02/15/2024, 11:16 PMI’d recommend having all the filters columns on your ‘fact’ table with proper indexes and use the dim table for decoration (or filtering a very small set of rows).
