@Minjoon for indexing to be built, you don’t need rolling restart, there’s a reload api you can call after changing the table config. Having said that, specifically for ST index, you do want to check what kind of resource/time is needed (depending on your configuration) before you enable it in production.

thanks. can you be more specific about ST? do you mean we'd need to assess MEM and CPU consumption required to build and store ST indices?
