Hi Team , Is there some way to get regular snapshots of records in upsert tables ( specifically partial upsert ) and use it to backfill when the data gets cleared off from pinot due to some incident . I am aware of getting from segment deep store copy , but I am looking for a case where there is no deep store copy available .

When/why would you end up in a situation without deepstore? It is indeed needed for data resilience
