10/26/2023, 5:50 AMHi all! I wanted to know on what basis the segments are being created? The table that I have in pinot didn't show query results. Instead it shows error like Error Code: 305, 7 Segments unavailable. Can someone help me in understanding segments and some permanent fix for this?

Can you run the debug api? Likely this is upsert table and you have some segments that are not ONLINE?

11/07/2023, 2:38 PMWhen a consuming segment is sealed is determined by the flush settings in your table config. Time and row count are both used. The constraints that matches first determines the size of the segment.
