I have enabled controller basic authentication using

controller.admin.access.control.principals

and now the controller prompts for login; however the swagger endpoint doesn't seem to get passed these credentials and returns 403 for all operations. How do we pass the credentials into swagger?

Hi Peter, swagger and pinot auth aren’t friends right now. There’s surely a way to make this work, we just didn’t have the cycles yet to build this in a robust way. If this is something you have experience with, I’d very much appreciate contributions here.

I worked around this by using chrome network tab to generate powershell command for the failed Swagger call. I then set the Authorization header and called it from the shell.
