repository to have Github Action (GHA) workflow to be maintainer approval only. This is likely the reason why some contributors started to see see CI checks warning: "workflow requires approval from a maintainer" on your pull requests. • we filed an INFRA request for changing it back to previous behavior https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-24374 • until this INFRA ticket is resolved, we will keep an eye on the PR list to approve PR workflows CC @Xiang Fu
