What would be the right data type to use for state descriptor in pyflink when I expect to have 64 bit unsigned integers? Do I need to use

The implementation of

seems like it's specific to signed integers so I'm concerned that when I pass large unsigned integers with the top bit set, they will be interpreted as signed.
