Hi all. Trying to use Flink CDC to sink/sync data from postgresql to an iceberg table, my catalog implementation (snowflake polaris) does not support v2 equality deletes (and v3 vectorized deletes). It seems no matter which configuration I try, If I force flink deployment to lose its state and start from fresh, it winds up generating equality deletes. Is there anyway to prevent this from happening? can I force flink cdc iceberg sink to always append? can I prevent it from creating equality deletes upon fresh start?
