Just crafted this Stack Overflow post to bubble this question back up in case anyone has any guidance on using the Elasticsearch 8.x connector within their applications. It doesn’t appear to be present in any Maven repositories and the closest that I see is one from AliBaba but ideally I’d like to avoid bringing in any third-parties if possible. I’ve posted on the user/dev mailing lists as well but any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
