I would like sessions to the sql gateway to be pre-populated with tables - in my case - kafka topics. How do I go about that?

@Jonas Brunsgaard A) Upon session initialization, execute DDL scripts to map Kafka topics to Flink tables. OR B) Utilize Flink's catalogs to manage tables. For persistent metadata storage, I recommend integrating with Hive Metastore.
