Is it possible to use the Table API JDBC Catalog connector in streaming mode? If I load my environment for streaming like this:

env = StreamExecutionEnvironment.get_execution_environment()
table_env = StreamTableEnvironment.create(env)

Instead of using Table only:

env_settings = EnvironmentSettings.in_streaming_mode()
table_env = TableEnvironment.create(env_settings)

It fails to load the JDBC driver, which is definitely in my shaded pom: Could not find any factory for identifier 'jdbc' that implements 'org.apache.flink.table.factories.DynamicTableFactory' in the classpath.
